Long Fist (Chang Quan) Basic Skills by Zhang Li Hui
This is the first DVD in a series that provides the standard Wushu curriculum. 

Fighting & Free Sparring (San Da) by Yang, Xiao Jun This series provides a nice introduction to the modern Sanda methods.  As a traditionalist, we question the effectiveness of some of the techniques but in general, it is good to look at applications.
